Half-Life 2 Done Quicker is a segmented speedrun that was uploaded on May 1st 2016 and it is currently the fastest segmented run of Half-Life 2 that exists till this day. But a few months ago, there was a lot of small optimizations found to improve an RTA run of Half-Life 2. About 2 minutes could be saved. It then turned out with the help of a glitch called voidclips a run could beat Done Quicker, the fastest run of Half-Life 2 currently. After many attempts, weeks, years of grinding. It finally happened. An RTA run beat Done Quicker. Now the fastest Half-Life 2 run out there is an RTA run, until a new segmented run comes out or this RTA run gets beaten.
