For some reason I can't run any source games because it complains about only one being able to run. Even though I checked using task manager that there are no other source games running. Does anyone have a solution? I just want to play CS:GO.

Did this just start happening? If so, maybe check task manager as a source game may be running in the background and your computer doesn't want to run multiple.
Apparently source sdk base 2007 was running. But not showing up in task manager. that or I'm blind.
OK maybe try finding anything that could be traced back to a source game like a launcher or helper or something. This happens occasionally with steam for me.
