The gina enemy from Crack-Life 10th Anniversary. Annoying as fuck.
Entropy: Zero 2's rebel shotgunner and sniper they can one shot you on hardmode
Fast zombies and pit drones. they can 360 quickscope you from 4096 hammer units away
I hate the controllers. I wouldn’t get rid of them, but I still hate them.
Combine snipers
in black mesa i found the assassins (and sometimes the army grunts) fairly annoying because of how in half life 1 they were built around the engine limitations but in black mesa they can be really tough
