Basically Philip Victor (creator of Half-Life 2 Update), will remaster Half-Life 2 + Expansions using graphics from the late CSGO (2012-2023). Because CSGO used the latest version of Source before VALVe ported it to Source 2 and renamed it to CS2. This includes graphical, sound, AI and gameplay improvements + Steam Workshop support (So the community can create mods for Half-Life 2 Remastered Collection).
