I have yet to try it, but I'm assuming since it was made using the Alien Swarm engine which is a top down third person shooter, things might look odd in first person.
Gonna add the probability of missing entities and the whole 'real-time strategy' thing will break map progression since Garry's Mod doesn't like scripts not made in LUA.
