Yeah, angles are an important factor in human faces, for example, in the artwork with Alyx he looks like Hugh Laurie.

What program do you use? Your edits always look so natural and good

I use Photopea, wich basically it's a browser and free version of Photoshop, it lacks of power due to it running on a browser engine, and it's not like i have Photoshop on my pc, but well there's always ram and memory problems with it so i go with photopea, and for the natural part, it's not about the program. The main thing i think that should be considered in making an edit look "realistic", it's the lighting, how it should hit an object, how the object should react, how much does the light bounce off the other objects to recreate that on whatever you are trying to had to the image. And also the quality of the images you're using, but sometimes i like to draw elements myself.

I use Photopea sometimes! It's extremely good for a free product! And I should probably take some editing lessons with you, cuz I ain't half as good as you 😂
