Pose looks a bit strange, like he's goin to fall in the next step and broke his legs :D. His left hand is not holding the SMG properly. Use references, they are really helpful for posing practices.
More contrast, color and adjustments needed.
Lens's bloom can be added in photoshop, it's very simple.

overall good, but it seems to me a little lacking in processing
honestly amazing rather changed the background tho
Thanks for the feedback! I've taken what you all have said and applied it in the updated version, and I think it turned out way better
