Well, they are a straightforward pairing of one element that is nible and fast, and another that is sturdy and attracts attention, simple flanking maneuvers could be a thing, also bluffing by trying to divert one's attention to the assassin while the charger makes a steady approach. They could also force a target into close quarters, where the charger has an advantage, by having the assassin shoot and run from elevated positions.
Assassin would definitely work well with the Charger, while he keeps rebels occupied on the front lines and kills em with brute force, the Assassin would be able to flank and chase down any runaways or just plain shooting rebels in the back.
