Yo was exploring the Eletricity Lab at my campus today, and they have one of those old oscilloscope's (the thing with the blue screen) that are props in HL2 and the episodes, really cool to see it irl but the instructor thinks thinks its definitively dead :/

I used to use this thing a lot, later it turned out that the one I was using was built in the USSR in the 70s and guess what, it's still working till this day!
I think the gadget with the blue display is actually the source for a HL1 texture
Might be, but I sure remember this exact object on the ground when Alyx makes a video call with Ely in the start of EP2
I just now looked. The gadget resembles GENERIC114.BMP from HL1. Can't find any similar gadgets in HL2 or episodes except maybe models/props_lab/reciever01b.mdl
