Last time I checked you don't NEED to buy steam points. This ain't EA if you can earn the points through means other than using real money.

I honestly have no idea, but what I do know is that i've been given points and I still keep on earning them for reasons I don't know. I'll have to look it up or something.
cause i can't find anything, anywhere about that tho it would be nice
Apparently community rewards on things you make such as game reviews can get you more steam points. I guess that explains why I have so many.
