Install counter strike source, half life 2, its episodes and hl2 lost coast. Download all of these and i guarrantee you will have none of these bugs, if you do, the problem is about the map, delete it. Also if this method doesnt make any change delete gmod and reinstall after this method.

Some maps uses shared textures from other games, so maybe you have to install cs source to fix them
You might be right. CS:Source repurposes quite a lot of beta content actually.
