Ted is a legit legend. He's been involved with multiple Half Life 1 and 2 dev era's and has BEEN in-game as a barney model for some development from late 1997 to early 1998 in Half Life 1, really hope they can somehow maybe make a reference to Ted or somehow make a citizen that has atleast inspired facial features in a future game of Half Life but considering he's no longer working at Valve that might never happen.
