Well the way I see it, Valve games have two main sides: The realistic one, the tragedy and pain of aliens ultimately depleting the human race, the horror of being stuck in a test lab for as long as you may live, zombie apocalypse, loss, uncertainty, panic and stuff. And then there's absolute chaos, memes about the mythical and forbidden "3", Gabe Newell, crack, animations and and oh my god it's precious, we are some chaotic thing, ain't we
