The Judge A hateful being of unknown origin, the Judge is a legend among Wasteland-dwelling Resistance members and Combine alike. It scours the wasteland in search of more materials to armor itself with, furiously cutting through anything and anyone in its path. Very few have encountered the judge and lived to speak of it.
