It was made by two italians, Alberto Til as writer and someone named Joachin for the artwork. Joachim could be either a pseudonym, or he could be Joachim Tilloca (https://joachimcomics.blogspot.com/search?updated-max=2022-08-11T01:38:00%2B02:00&max-results=13).
