What are some linear story-based adventure games similar to Half-Life? I’ve been considering playing Bioshock, is it any good?
I'd definitely recommend Bioshock. It's not 100% like Half-Life, but still one of my all time favorites. 100% The original halo games as well. Always felt like they were very similar to half life combat wise and the story is god tier. F.E.A.R.'s also very similar, although it's hell to get running on modern computers.
I've heard Bioshock was pretty good. The only other recommendation I can think of would maybe be the Halo games (you can get most of them on steam with the Master Chief Collection)
