It looks like you left r_projectedtexture_filter on 1 instead of 0 which is creating this really weird fuzzy effect on the shadows, and the shadows look a little to sharp, but other than that it looks good so far
Strangely enough turning that on or off did not affect how sharp the shadows are. I've been having problems with shadows being jaggy before. Any clues on why?

try bumping up the r_flashlightdepthres to 8192 or something
