Any CP Model Replacements (other than textures) is rather difficult because BEC, Bloody Cop, Traitor Cops all also use the same police.mdl model What you can do however is give them an improvement like thier Normal Maps, or Shiny Lighting. Check Uprising's Addon MODDB Section you'll find good shit in there.
