The SC team did plan Source Sven Co-op , it was gonna be called Sven Co-op 2.
Sadly never came to be but I remember once seeing some concept/prototype of it. They were gonna include hl2 beta npcs in the same way many HL1 pre release npcs like kingpin are in Sven.
