I think that makes no sense Gordon doesn't wear a helmet it would make more sense for him to wear a helmet in the game for the HUD and the H.E.V. suit is a hazmat suit and more os he should have a helmet in the game.

It’s video game logic… but I do love that Freeman’s Mind and HLVRAI all reference the helmet issue.
