You know the drill with EA. They probably asked valve so they could make a HL2 sequel. There's a reason why it was cancalled, anyone remember what they did to C&C series after all the failed spin-offs? even rivals? and most of the time now days their games sometimes are filled with microtransactions. Tho for the first image looks like something from half-life alyx to be honest.
