I don't know how complicated it would be to add but maybe an option to opt out of search engine results would be a good QOL feature me thinks.

Do you mean internally or externally ie. Google? (That’s not really possible)
Externally. I thought since Pinterest and Tumblr (and maybe a few more places) are able to do it we could do it too :p
It's not actually possible to stop search engines doing this. You can 'request' they don't, but it often doesn't do much. I find those sites misleading in giving that option.
