well u can find it on reddit on r/eyeblech but the origin of the image is not known, there was this dude stating that the burned guy was somebody affiliated with a mafia and they came and burned his face alive, others say that it was featured in a medical book and there was no mafia, he just burned himself accidentally, then valve took the image and used it on the corpse.
