Fakefactory was probably (as of current record) the most hated HL2 modder in the community that is known outside normal HL2 circles. Though for those in the know this was not due to anything he actually did but more so the purists that barely use/play mods to begin with that believe everything made for Half-Life should be "lore friendly", whatever that even means. These types of people still exist today across many other gaming communities that have any form of modding community; It's a shame these people went as far as sending death threats to people like FF and many others who have worked on/play his mods.
FF is definitely not my cup of tea, but the creator didn’t deserve death threats if that’s true. It’s a free world - if you don’t like a mod, don’t play it or talk about it, simple!
