Did you know there was sequel In development somewhere around 2006 or 2007 called Half-life 2 Blue Shift 2 the only things haven been show to the public are screenshot and concept design and as well playable demo for the mod, somewhere around 2008 the blue shift mod was cancelled and never heard again The mod hasn't really received so much information but from what i heard it was supposed to take place before the events of half-life 2 somewhere around the seven hours war, and the aftermath of the seven hours war and i think if i remember is was supposed to take place in Half-life 2 timeline Is kinda interesting that two sequel were in development for the expansion packs and both end up being cancelled the almost had the same ideas and concepts design for the most part since OF2 was cancelled few years later around 2012
