I think you'll be fine, it'll either be the best or worst ten schmeckles you've ever spent! All you need is: 1.7 Ghz Intel Pentium, with 512 MB of RAM. Don't forget that you need a DirectX 8.1 level Graphics Card (requires support for SSE!!!). It's probably important to mention you need to have Pixel Shader 2.0 and Vertex Shader 2.0 along with at least 6500 MB of free disk space!
