RV arrived on the earth during the portal storm after HL1 he was just a normal slave vortigaunt the portal send him to a plastic surgery clinic were a doctor and a lady are going to start the session RV of course was afraid and the doctor tried to kill him by injecting a substance on the neck but accidently the doctor just inject that substance on his posterior legs that didn't kill RV so he killed the doctor and runs away deep lore xD
