Did you load an old save from before the 20th anniversary?
yes.
After the 20th anniversary, the maps were recompiled, which is why the game crashes when transitioning to the previous map. To fix this, you need to start a new game. But, you can use a console command to continue from the beginning of the bridge. Use " map d2_coast_07 " to load the map which you wanted to get in. You don’t need to enable " sv_cheats 1 " to use this command.
