I decided to do some more "trolling" (war crimes)
CONTEXT: I used the gdisasters addon and the hbombs addon on rp_downpour to create a storm where napalm bombs fly everywhere (also the background npcs mod too so that innocent npcs get destroyed) aka a tiny bit of trolling
