DrGBase and VJ Base honestly. ZBase is just too buggy right now and it's incompatible with all three of the Animated Prop tools. As for CPTBase, I know the creator isn't too fond of people using his SCP ports so I don't wanna open that can of worms anymore.
i really dont like drgbase for some reason and i think zbase is actually really good because there's alot of modders (e.g. limakenori) actively making new cool snpcs on that base
and i haven't encountered any bugs on it so far whilst using it
forgot to mention, you can automatically change factions without needing external addons (for example, resistance to combine)
for vj base you can do that, but you need combine suits to change factions
and for drgbase, it requires a pretty long and tedious tool to make all the npcs be friendly/hostile to you
i've actually used npcs for all for lol. i honestly don't have a preference but if i had to choose i would choose vj because half-life resurgence is really cool and also pretty much all of the black mesa snpcs i have use vj

VJ Base is my favorite because of Half Life Resurgence and the guy who made it (Vrej) makes some cool Youtube videos
can agree because vjbase has tons of cool snpcs
ooooooooooooooohh.... its a hard one.. but, i'll have to go for DrGBase due to the fact i love being chased around by Armless from slender fortress.
