The Steam release of Garry’s Mod (Gmod 10) is now 17 years old - released November 29, 2006 (The first release of Gmod was technically December 24 2004, for those who played the Half-Life 2 mod versions, but Facepunch regard the Steam release as it’s official birthday)

My fondest memories was when I first got the game, I didn't know how to mod so all I did was just using all of the hl2 assets. I made a whole ton of saves, most of them were hordes of zombies. happy 17th anniversary Garry's Mod!
to repose to the tweet mine is probaby first time finding out about it by vanoss gaming and variantale, time I made the gmod screenshot for the lambdagen art competition, the many partys and events I been in, and playing on a military Combine darkrp sever I was in probablly the most fun I had on a MRP sever I ever been on and everyone was so nice there I just wish it lived longer/new version of it
cant wait for gmods 20th birthday next year
