so i couldn't find it in my hdd, but i've found on a obscure gmod russian forum, where you can download a map called gm_freeway_v1a which apparently is based on gp_highway_fix, if you want i can send it to you on discord
That one's on Workshop.

sadly no but when looking it up I did find this website: rutracker.org/forum/viewtopic.ph… it says it's on Gmod 11 but hopefully someone can port it to 13 if ya can find anyone that can do that
Pretty much all old Gmod maps should work directly, but I don't know how to download the pack.
