so could be wrong but remember hearing the lead dev of CS was like a fan/commuity member working on the game along with dota 2 as well, is that ture? (asking sense so I can ask why can't TF2 do the same thing?)

At VALVe, everyone works on what they want to and moves from one project to another at will. It seems like nobody there is interested in working on TF2.
so theoretically if I try to get a job at VALVe I can just work on TF2 without any Trouble? Surprised no one has done that
