turns out you can hold CAPS LOCK to place a tripmine WHY CAPS LOCK

Probably because it's close to the WASD keys and wasn't taken by anything else.

I mean, we can change the keybind…

only with commands though, and im not upset enough to change it i just find it really weird they chose caps lock of all keys
