Controversial opinion: I actually don't hate motion blur. I think when it's utilised well, it can add an extra layer of smoothness to motion. This would work especially well on lower framerate stuff. So I'd say yes to the motion blur personally!
It really does help with the motion but then with the lower framerate some things get lost in the blur when it's moving fast like the crowbar swings.
On the other hand no motion blur makes it looks...blocky...? Need that balance somehow lol

Why not mix of both motion blur and none motion blurr these guys are getting hit with a crowbar held by a guy in a cybernetic hazard suit
