For those who missed this, check out the trailer for upcoming Gmod roleplay gamemode/server Prelude: Online - featuring special-guest VO from Half-Life's own Harry S. Robins! It's being developed by the awesome @valkyrie of Bullsquid.com (@bullsquid), who has supported us a ton, so please give it some love if you can! If you are like me and also enjoyed classic/serious Gmod DarkRP vibe (before it turned in to the mess it is today), this is worth following. 👀 Website: prelude.online/

You must be here to take on the Combine. Not sure what one man can do, but... no other reason to visit St. Olga at a time like this.

It's not mine but I'm just spreading the word on it and it will be using Xash3D (GoldSrc on Steroids) with Vulkan Ray Tracing. Correction: Looks like it may not be Xash 3D with Vulkan Ray Tracing but it's own version but I don't fully know until it's released.

A video on Jabroni Brawl by Tyler McVicker, an amazing community created source mod that is truly immense. Jabroni Brawl is if Super Smash Bros were a FPS themed around valve and other pc gaming. It is a multiplayer FPS with over at the current time 75 different weapons, 130 different maps, 150 playable characters, full CS:GO lighting, Bot support, 17 full localisations. It has assets from Black Mesa, Brain Bread 2, Counter Strike, Day of Defeat, Double Action Boogaloo, Fistfull of Frags, Gun…

Something I don't ever see anyone talk about are NPCs in Half-Life 2 (mostly the citizens) when reacting to events in the game. NPCs will actually glance over at other NPCs, aswell as props and even decals such as blood, graffiti, posters, etc. Citizens during the uprising will show signs of being afraid in their facial expressions if they hear gunshots in the distance. Marphy Black, you'd better be writing this down.
