The cheapest solutions start at a couple of thousand dollars. Both Rokoko Smartsuit and Perception Neuron 3 are sold for around 3 000 euros. Xsens, the ones that are used by the big boys like Valve, have an extreme range from 30k to 200k and above. I heard that big manufacturers are currently trying to develop cheap solutions to capitalize on this whole vtuber trend. Sony recently released Mocopi that cost about $400 I think. But beside the price tag the quality of the motion capture needs to be taken into consideration too. Otherwise you can just hook up two Kinects and do some basic stuff with them.

Aren't MoCap suits only a few hundred bucks a piece? You could probably get a lower-end one for less than a laptop.
