no because there is no real reason too. if we assume the xenians breath similar to us humans and they dont seem to be phazed by the air on earth, then it can be assumed that the xen atmosphere can be breathable by us humans.
Its been a few years since I played through the first half-life game but If I can recall, some corpses can be seen at xen with helmets. All though i'm pretty sure Barney goes to xen in blue shift and he wasn't wearing anything.
