There's a lot of pretty subtle but game changing differences between the 2012 release of Black Mesa and the many versions released on Steam. It really shows that even all that was done got a lot more work during all those years.
I'm not sure if this is the same as that release or of it's the Steam version, either way it's an ancient NoSteam repack from 2012.
Note: I own a copy on Steam now, I was just a very broke teenager 😅

No joke, it was a bit of a shock seeing some of the subtle changes! It makes me wonder what else might be different 🤔
