It's like goldsource with some Source possibilites. I don't like Source, but I was always looking for a way to expand limits of GoldSrc. This engine is almost limitless, can do wonders here!

I started mapping for GoldSrc year's ago but then moved to Source because i would always forget how limited GoldSrc was. Compile times just got silly. (AMD Athlon 800 MHz)

Yes, everything is a model. Around 50 models in total for the whole city.

today new compilers are much better and compile faster than old ones. Especially modified Paranoia 2 compilers
