One inaccurate thing I noticed about this is the Citadel comes down fully built out of the superportal, whereas Half Life Alyx established that only the initial spire of the Citadel comes through and then the Combine start adding on the parts later on.

Yes, we made it before ALYX came out. That's something Valve came up with during production of ALYX; it wasn't the case before.
Yeah I figured as much. That may have to be re-drawn/fixed in future updates or distributions of that comic issue.
