How to get a "Death of a Hero" achievement in Firefight Reloaded mod? Do you have to kill 100 enemies while having 1 HP?

I got it today after killing a combine.I chucked a nade then died it blew up killing him. so uh no clue.

Okay I got it. You just have to kill over 100 enemies and not die a single time in the process. Then die.
