MCM4 - Cyberthug panic fire animations The cyberthugs rule the crime-ridden streets of Neo-Venice with an iron but fair fist, what they lack in discipline they make up for in ruthlessness. If a cyberthug takes enough damage, he will lose his bravado and wildly fire the weapon he's holding in an effort to kill his opponent. HOWEVER, if other cyberthugs are around when one panic fires, it will lead to a chaotic chain reaction of infighting.
